With the cylinder head removed just pull the cylinder straight off the studs.

Most of the time the push rod tube seals will come off with the head. They easily fall off so keep an eye on them.

If you don't have any piston or ring problems the cylinder will slide over them with little effort.

Cylinder is just about clear...

...the cylinder gasket will be stuck to either the engine case or the back of the cylinder. If not damages it can be reused. I prefer to replace them.
